By booking an appointment with Skin Tag & Lesion Health Clinic Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

APPOINTMENTS:

​

All appointments must be booked in advance.

A consultation may be required prior to treatment.

You may be asked to provide a Doctors note to say the lesion is healthy to be removed.

You may be declined treatment at the time of your appointment. 

The consultation fee is for an assessment for suitability for treatment. If you are not suitable for treatment you will still be charged for the consultation. 

All appointments are paid for in advance.

CANCELLATIONS:

We require at least 48hrs notice for cancellations.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit.

SUITABILITY FOR TREATMENT:

All treatments are subject to consultation.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable.

RESULTS:

Results may vary from person to person.

No guarantees can be made.

Lesions may come back after treatment.

LIABILITY:

Treatments are carried out to the highest professional standards.

Clients must follow aftercare advice provided.
